Terms & Conditions

To participate in our competitions, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of Uruguay
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid government-issued ID
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of Golden Token Play

All competitions are subject to the following rules:

• Each ticket purchase constitutes one entry into the competition
• Winners are selected using certified random number generation
• Competition draws are conducted live and recorded for transparency
• Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification
• All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner

Payment terms and conditions:

• All payments must be made in Uruguayan Pesos (UYU)
• Payments are processed securely through certified payment providers
• Refunds are only available if a competition is cancelled
• Processing fees may apply to refunds
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension

Prize delivery and conditions:

• Vehicle prizes are delivered with full documentation and registration
• Cash prizes are transferred via bank transfer or certified check
• Winners are responsible for insurance and ongoing costs
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent unless specified
• Delivery timeframes vary by prize type (typically 14-30 days)
